01 · ServiceThe service is provided as-is
Concept Space is a tool for mapping projects across multi-axis morphological grids and generating idea candidates with AI. Lotlsoft makes no guarantees about availability, the accuracy of AI-generated ideas, or the suitability of generated ideas for any purpose.
02 · AccountsYou're responsible for your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
03 · DataYour data is yours
Projects, taxonomies, and generated ideas you create are stored on our server. You can export your data at any time. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the service. No third-party trackers. No advertising cookies.
04 · AI generationWhat you get and what you don't
AI-generated ideas are produced by a large language model. They may be inaccurate, impractical, or similar to existing products. You are responsible for evaluating any generated idea before acting on it. Passes purchased are non-refundable.
05 · OwnershipYou own what you generate
You own the ideas you generate. Concept Space assigns all rights, title, and interest in AI-generated output to you, the user who prompted the generation. We claim no ownership over generated ideas, names, concepts, or descriptions. We do not store your generated output for any purpose other than displaying it back to you. You are responsible for verifying that any generated idea does not infringe on existing intellectual property before commercial use.
06 · Prohibited useWhat you can't use it for
You may not use Concept Space to generate or store content that is illegal, harassing, or designed to harm others. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
